For over 25 years, Charlie Peters has been an owner and operator of multifamily properties and office space. Charlie has bought and sold single family homes, smaller multifamily properties, larger multifamily apartment complexes, and office properties across 13 different states, with a primary focus on adding value to troubled multifamily assets in the Eastern United States. He purchased his first apartment complex in Tallahassee, FL in 2002. For over 20 years, either individually or with partners, Charlie has been involved in purchasing, repositioning, and re-selling 14 apartment complexes and office buildings in addition to the 13 communities that he currently oversees.
Charlie is very involved in giving back to his community loves the idea of helping investors achieve their financial goals!
Clint graduated from Florida State University in 2004 and stepped in as a partner immediately following the 2008 financial crisis. He has managed the oversight of neglected, abandoned apartment complexes and transformed them into thriving communities that our residents are now proud to call home.
He leads a team that oversees the asset management of multifamily properties in markets in Florida, Alabama, Missouri, and Illinois.
ANGIE STORMS QUEIROLO
After her tenure as an Assistant Vice President with one of the largest banks in the United States, Angie came to Alliance Capital Partners to run our Financial Division in early 2019.
Her 22 years in Banking, Lending and Management transition flawlessly to her success as the Financial Director of Alliance Capital Partners. Her attention to detail, focus and drive make her an essential element in our firm.
Caleb Peters graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida State University in 2014 and joined Alliance Capital as a Junior Partner. He has repositioned numerous properties and grown the assets he oversees into a solid portfolio based in FL and TX. Caleb is heavily involved in operations and specializes in the multifamily and office sectors.
His belief in the principals of integrity, dependability, and creating strong, long-lasting relationships have allowed him to thrive.
For the past 17 years Robert has been involved in completing over $1 Billion of commercial and multi-family real estate transactions from New York to Florida.
During that same time Robert was instrumental in building a commercial construction company and property management business to further monetize the portfolio investments that were made. Robert has also spent time on Wall Street helping raise capital and launch a $72 million technology hedge fund.
He has guided equity partners on over a dozen acquisitions ranging from real estate to manufacturing and been responsible for raising capital for these projects and completing due diligence. As a CPA with many years of CFO experience, Robert also understands the importance of knowing the numbers and managing risk.
